WashU Cyber Roundtable - Where Do We Find Talent?

The Alliance partners with Washington University in St. Louis Missouri on an 8 month long series of roundtable discussions with the leading information security experts from around the country.

Our audience of mid, to senior-level information security professionals gather monthly on campus at the Charles F. Knight Executive Center for a 6 hour session of intensive learning, bench marking and networking.

Each session consists of 3-4 topical discussions around a common theme.

In May, we tackle one of the most challenging topics in all of cyber, the people problem. We’ll discuss:

  • Rethinking our hiring practices

  • Are apprenticeships the way of the future?

  • How do we develop the people who work for us, and keep them!

  • Managing Attrition in a cyber organization.
