We believe St. Louis is uniquely positioned to become a national model for how communities grow and support tech talent. With a strong network of forward-thinking employers, dedicated educators, workforce organizations, and civic leaders, the region already has the foundation for a thriving, connected ecosystem.

Our nonprofit’s goal is to build impactful programs right here at home — programs that help individuals gain skills, confidence, and access to opportunity — and then use what we learn in St. Louis to expand our reach beyond the region. By proving what’s possible locally, we can scale these efforts nationally and help more communities create pathways into meaningful technology careers.

Our Mission: To use our platform to put more people in cyber, and IT jobs, by creating opportunities for employers to interact with job seekers who are upskilled and ready for work.
